General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Private Customers

1. Scope
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of Stoffonkel GmbH (Stoffonkel.de) between the customer and Stoffonkel GmbH.
(2) Customers in the sense of these GTC are exclusively consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
(2) By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The purchase contract is concluded when Stoffonkel.de accepts the offer by sending an order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
(2) Payment can be made in advance (bank transfer), via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the ordering process.
(3) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery
(1) Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
(2) Delivery time is 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
(3) If an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and may choose to cancel or maintain the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
(2) The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

(4) Return within 14 days. The customer bears the cost of return.
(5) Any loss of value only applies if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

7. Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) In case of defects, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance, replacement, price reduction, or contract rescission.

8. Liability
(1) Liability is governed by statutory provisions. Liability for gross negligence or intent is unlimited.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages in the performance of essential contractual obligations.
(3) Any further liability is excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

9. Data Protection
(1) The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

10. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies.
(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
(3) Contract language is German.
